Why the Published Forecasts Say So Little
Published horoscopes work from one factor, usually the sun sign in Western material or the moon sign in Indian. A personal reading works from the ascendant, the house placements, the divisional charts and your own running period, none of which a general forecast can know.
That is why the language has to stay vague. It is not dishonest so much as structurally unable to be specific.
