How a remote consultation works across time zones and languages.
If you are consulting from outside India, the questions are usually practical rather than astrological: how the timing works, what birth details to send, what happens if your birth certificate is in another calendar or another language, and how you pay. This page answers those, so the session itself can be spent on your chart.

Sending Your Birth Details
Three things are needed: the date of birth, the time as exactly as you can establish it, and the town or city. The country matters as much as the town, since place names repeat across the world and the wrong one shifts the chart considerably.
Send the time as it was recorded locally where you were born, not converted to Indian time. The conversion is done here, along with any daylight saving in force on that date, which is a common source of error when clients convert it themselves.

Scheduling Across Time Zones
Appointments are fitted to your clock rather than to Indian office hours. In practice that means early mornings for clients in North America, evenings for the United Kingdom and Europe, and late evenings here for Australia and New Zealand.
A slot is confirmed by message with both times stated, yours and Indian Standard Time, which removes the usual confusion. The Gulf states are close enough to Indian time that almost any hour works.

- Confirmations always state both times to avoid a missed call
How the Session Runs
The consultation is a voice call, by ordinary telephone or over WhatsApp, and nothing needs to be installed. Video is available if you prefer it but adds nothing to the reading.
Allow a clear hour. It helps to take the call somewhere you can write, since most people want to note down dates. If the connection drops, the call is resumed, and a session interrupted by a bad line is not counted against your time.

Fees from Abroad
The fee is quoted before you book and is the same consultation wherever you are calling from. Payment from outside India is straightforward by the usual international transfer methods, and the amount is confirmed in writing beforehand so there is no ambiguity about exchange rates.
No remedy, article or follow-up is added afterwards as a condition of the reading being complete. If something is genuinely indicated it is explained, priced openly, and you are free to decline it.
