Privacy Policy

What is collected

Only what is needed to answer you and to prepare a chart. Nothing on this site asks for information beyond that, and no field is collected out of habit.

• Enquiry and appointment forms. Your name, phone number, and where you provide them an email address, city, preferred date and the message you write.
• Consultation details. Your date, time and place of birth, and whatever you choose to tell us about your situation during the session.
• Technical data. The IP address a form was submitted from and the page it was submitted on, retained as a defence against automated spam.

Payment card details are never collected, stored or seen by this practice. Where a payment is made, it is handled entirely by the payment provider or by your own bank.

Why it is collected

Your contact details are used to reply to your enquiry and to arrange a consultation. Your birth details are used to cast and read your chart, which is the service you have asked for. The message you write is used to prepare for the conversation so the session is not spent gathering background.

That is the whole purpose. Your details are not used to build a profile, are not analysed for marketing, and are not added to any promotional list without you asking for it.

Confidentiality

What you discuss in a consultation is treated as confidential. Charts, notes and recordings are not published, not shown to other clients, and not used as illustrative examples anywhere, including on this website.

Where two members of one family consult separately, each consultation is kept separate. Nothing said by one is relayed to the other.

Sharing

Your information is not sold, rented or traded, in any circumstances. It is shared only in these limited cases:

• With service providers who operate this website and its email delivery, strictly so they can perform that function.
• Where disclosure is required by law or by a valid order of a court or authority.

How long it is kept

Enquiry and appointment records are retained while they may still be needed to serve you and to keep the practice's own accounts in order, and are then deleted. Technical data attached to a form submission is kept for a short period only, long enough to identify abuse.

You may ask for your records to be deleted at any time, and that request will be honoured except where a record must be retained for a legal or accounting obligation.

Your rights

You may ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected if it is wrong, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw consent for any further contact. A request is made by writing to the email address published on the contact page, and is answered within a reasonable period.

Cookies

This website uses only what is necessary for the pages to function. It does not set advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. Your browser can be set to refuse cookies, and the site will continue to work.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and information is not knowingly collected from anyone under eighteen. If such information has been provided, please contact us and it will be removed.

Changes

This policy may be updated, and the version published on this page is always the one in force. Material changes will be reflected here rather than announced individually.
